About the Program

Nitte University's 4-year BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science focuses on the scientific study of medicine. Covering Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology and Microbiology, the program provides a holistic understanding of medical principles. Admission Procedure for BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science Program

Basic Eligibility
Pass in Class 12 or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Biology and English as one of the languages of study.
In addition to the basic eligibility criteria mentioned above, General category candidates should qualify in the Nitte University Common Admission Test (NUCAT) 2025.
Admission Criteria
General Category
Candidates who are Indian nationals and have studied Class 12 in India, fall under this category.
General category students are required to qualify in NUCAT 2025, for admission to BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science program.
Candidates appearing for Class 12 examination are eligible to apply for NUCAT.
NRI Category
Candidates mentioned below are eligible for direct admission under NRI category based on marks secured in PCB subjects in Class 12.
